USD/CHF erases gains, back below 0.9900

FXStreet (Córdoba) - USD/CHF pulled back during the European session and erased gains. Earlier the pair peaked at 0.9918, reaching the strongest level since July 2012.

During the last hours USD/CHF retreated from the highs and dropped to 0.9866 (daily low). The pair rebounded from the lows but so far it has been unable to rise back above 0.9900. Currently trades at 0.9890, marginally below yesterday’s closing price.

Consolidating monthly gains

Greenback is headed toward the sixth monthly gain in a row and is about to end the year trading at the top, near the parity level. The last time USD/CHF traded above 1.0000 was on December 2010.

USD/JPY: Long at 119.50, target 121.80 – Growth Aces

The Growth Aces Research Team has a bullish outlook for the USD/JPY pair, targeting 121.80 levels for the pair, noting that the uncertainty surrounding Greece led investors towards the secure Yen.
